by the Seller and/or Builder. Their job is to protect the interests of the
Seller and/or Builder. They never represent your interests.
Buyer’s Agents keep what you tell them
confidential. Selling Agents must disclose to Sellers all information they
have regarding you as a Buyer.
Buyer’s Agents can suggest the best fair
market price. The job of the Selling Agent is to get the highest and best
price for the Seller.
Buyer’s Agents can identify potential
problems with the home or lot that you choose. Selling Agents CANNOT.
Buyer’s Agent structures the sales
agreement in your favor. Selling Agents structure the sales agreement in
favor of the Seller.
A Buyer’s Agent can advise you when it is
in your best interest to walk away from a property. The job of the Selling
Agent is to SELL the property.
